Todays WOD was the dreaded "Fran".....what a "great" way to finish this 3-day WOD cycle.
...............Argh. Was pretty damn sore coming into todays workout too....Hopefully next cycle is a slow/strong one....these metabolic ones are beating my arse.

Noticed Naomis Paleo Kitchen over at Robb Wolfs today, definetley gonna do some heavy reading on that this weekend. Have to expand my Zone/Paleo diets that arent 2/3/4/8x fat like most of the ones on Performance Menu. Just not at that level of activity yet in my WoDs. Getting there though!
