Todays WOD was swiped from the KB Queen's blog with some slight modifications.
Consisted of:
50 Kb swings
10 deadlifts
50 KB swings
10 deadlifts
40 Kb swings
10 snatches (each arm)
6 presses (each arm) x 2
Rolling kb situps (didn't count)
2 minute plank
and I threw in a run at the end because I was still (miraculously) filled with vim and vigor.
NOW... I definitely earned my rest day tomorrow, and whew, what a great WOD cycle this was!
